Frequently Asked Questions
Our venue hire includes tables, chairs, basic setup, sound system, cabled microphone, and TV screen. Staff are not included. Food and beverage packages can be customised to suit your event and budget.
We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially for weekend events. Popular dates during summer and holiday seasons book out quickly.
Our regular hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am-2pm, Saturday-Sunday 8am-3pm. We can arrange special event bookings outside these hours - please contact us to discuss.
Absolutely! We can accommodate various dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other special dietary needs. Please let us know when booking.
Yes, there is street parking available on The Strand and surrounding streets. Takapuna also has several public car parks within walking distance.
